Your Stress Causes
Causes of stress (stressor) you can come from any corner of life. Small incident in your life can be a source of stress that makes your life destroyed. Your role here is how you arrange the flow of thinking and your emotions in the face of all things that arise in your life. Events that appear in your life really is neutral, you are the one who plays to turn it into something positive or negative. However, now let us recognize what aspects of life that can cause stress in your life.

As stated in the previous paragraph, stressor can come from any angle. Stress can arise from various aspects such as bioecological (environment), employment, and psychosocial. Bioecological of aspects, sources of stress are divided into four parts, namely time and body rhythms, eating and drinking habits, polution noise, and climate and altitude.

First, the stress of time & body rhythms usually occurs due to jet lag. For those of you who frequently travel abroad with a different time interval with Indonesia, this will be a source of stress itself. Usually after the fatigue of a plane for hours, you have to adjust to the environment and the time difference that makes stress.

For the women, hormonal time can also create stress. For example at the time before and during menstruation, and when facing menopause. Women become more sensitive and easily offended.
There are some people who suffered from malnutrition (malnutrition), but there are also some people who have overnutrisi. Another thing that can be sources of stress are eating too much junk food, coffee, tea, drugs, and alcohol. Consumption of harmful foods is sometimes stressful for many people because it can cause disease in them.

Third, the stress of noise polution. Disorders often occur in the sound of you who live in big cities.. There office activities, industrial and traffic congestion often creates a noisy sound. These voices often distract us in doing something and stressful for most people.. For people who like quiet, polution noise can be one of the major stressors in her life.

Finally, stress due to climate & altitude. Stress in place is usually due to climate change. For example, for those of you who likes to climb mountains, often extreme weather changes can cause hyperthermia. For those of you who love to travel to a country-western states, often cold temperatures that make us uncomfortable to ourselves.

Apart from the aspect of Bioekologi, stressor may arise from work. A person may experience stress on work derived from the organization itself, the work environment, biological factors in the work environment, as well as personal fatigue. You certainly can experience stress if you get a salary that does not fit with your skills, your salary either small or large. In addition, regular working hours can also lead to boredom for some people that cause stress if not handled properly.

Stress can also be sourced from psychosocial aspects. Changes that occur in our lives, can be one source of stress. For example when we went to college on the first day, moving house, getting married, gave birth to a child, etc., are the changes that occur in our lives and can lead to stress.Teenagers also have their own sources of stress. Family circumstances, the demands of the environment, friendship, self-esteem problems, until the problem can cause stress romance among teenagers.

Coping with Your Stress
Once you know the stress reaction in yourself and the source of your stress then the next step is to overcome the stress itself. Stress can not avoid, we can do is recognize our stress reactions, sources of stress, and optimize your stress. This is the last step to cope with stress and is the most important step.

In general, there are two ways to deal with your stress, the problem focus and emotion focus. Problem focus, is how to cope with stress by focusing on the problem or the source of your stress. This way you can do if you experience problems are controllable. For example, you have difficulty in following a certain course. You are also worried that if these courses will lower your grade. So things you can do (based on focus problems) is not followed and the course is canceled.

The second way is emotion focus, where you deal with stress by focusing on the emotions you experience. This method is usually done when you are facing problems that are uncontrollable (you can not control). For example when you feel the stress of lost relatives because of the tsunami disaster, the things you can do such as pray that the power given by God in dealing with this problem. Both ways, the problem or emotion focused, in fact there is no better. This way you can do depends on what problems you are experiencing.
